精梳纯棉缝纫效果双层提花面料的开发

摘　　要：设计16片综异经异纬,需双织轴设备织造的双层提花面料;拟定整经、浆纱、穿筘、织造、后整理等生产工艺,总结精梳纯棉缝纫效果双层提花面料生产过程中应注意的问题。结果表明,精梳纯棉缝纫效果面料打破了传统棉纺织机生产的面料风格,具有类似手工缝制的缝纫效果,同时具有穿着舒适、透气性好、易打理、环保等优点。Designed to double weave weaving shaft device of double jacquard and sixteen heddles fabrics. Drew up warping sizing reeding weaving finishing production process, etc. Summarizes the combed cotton fabrics sewing effect that should be paid attention to the problems in the process of production. The results show that combed cotton fabrics sewing effect has broken the traditional cotton spinning loom production style of fabrics. Similar to the handmade sewing effect with a comfortable good permeability the advantages of easy do environmental protection.
