摘 要:分析了针织染整厂的加工困惑和瓶颈以及针织染整厂因排产不合理带来的普遍问题,基于针织染整厂面对的排产问题文中创新性地提出了应用BS架构下4层结构模式的针织染整厂自动排产系统,并系统性地设计了排产系统中预排计划、排产结果、调整排产计划、检测产能受限、平衡产能调整、实际排产结果等应用界面,将ERP系统成功应用于针织染整厂的排产生产中。结果表明,针织染整厂自动排产系统将工厂计划、生产执行进行系统化管理,是解决复杂环境条件下排产任务的计划执行系统,为生产信息的集中管理、人机材料资源的整合利用提供了先决条件。The paper analyzed the processperplexity and bottleneck in knitting dyeing and finishing factory and the general problems caused by the unreasonable production ofknitting dyeing and finishing factory; Based on the problems of the production arrangement on knitting dyeing and finishing factory, thepaper put forward the automatic production arrangement system of the knitting dyeing and finishing factory with the four layerstructure modes of the BS architecture; The article systematically designed the walkthrough in production scheduling system planning, production scheduling results, the production adjustment schedulingplan, test capacity constraints, balance adjustment capacity and actual production scheduling result application interface, applying ERP system successfully to automaticproduction arrangement systemin knitting dyeingfactory. As the paper indicated Automatic Production Arrangement System could automatically manage the execution plan, production management,which solved production arrangement system in sophisticated environment and offered prerequisites for the integration of resource utilization.
