摘 要:介绍了棉纤维的主要杂质及其含量,综述了淀粉酶、果胶酶、纤维素酶等生物酶的特性以及前处理工艺,对比酶退浆与碱退浆效果,阐述了生物酶在棉织物前处理中的优势,通过对现阶段实际应用的生物酶前处理的工艺以及正在研究的新工艺的分析,指出目前生物酶前处理存在的主要问题。结果表明,棉织物的生物酶前处理是目前印染行业一个重要的发展方向,新工艺存在不够完善、工艺太过复杂和处理效果达不到要求等问题,还需大量的研究来不断完善和推广。The main impurities and their content in cotton fiber were introduced. The characteristics of amylase,pectinase, cellulase enzyme and pretreatment process were summarized. Comparing enzyme desizing and alkali desizing effect, the advantage of enzyme process was described. Based on the analysis of the actual process of enzyme pretreatment and the new technology under study, the main problems of enzyme pretreatment were pointed out. The article shows that the biological enzyme pretreatment of cotton fabric is an important development direction of printing and dyeing industry. But there are many problems such as new process is not perfect enough, the technology is too complex, the effect of treatment is not up to the requirement and so on to improve and extend by many research.
