Preliminary Report on Comparison Test of Sweet-potato Varieties with Good Edible Quality and High Starch Content

摘  要:[目的]对新引进(选育)的普薯32等10个优质高淀粉甘薯新品种的产量和品质等进行观察鉴定,以期为其在闽南地区的生产应用提供科学依据。[方法]以广薯87为对照,2015—2016年在泉州市台商投资区洛阳镇开展品种比较试验。[结果]普薯32的鲜薯、薯干和淀粉产量分别为32 491.2、10 017.00和6 553.50 kg/hm2,分别比对照增产21.63%、22.66%和19.55%;鲜薯干物率、淀粉率、外观和食用品质等主要品质性状均好于或相当于对照;抗薯瘟病和蔓割病。龙薯31鲜薯、薯干和淀粉产量分别为33 750.15、10 249.95和6 720.00 kg/hm2,分别比对照增产26.34%、25.52%和22.60%;鲜薯烘干率、淀粉率和蒸食品质略低于或相当于对照种;但薯块开裂较重,外观品质差。泉薯17和桂薯10138等2个品种均表现品质好、高干高粉、鲜薯产量较低、淀粉产量高。广薯214、福薯604、金薯11和榕薯819等4个品种综合表现一般,莆航薯1号和湛薯11等2个品种综合表现差。[结论]普薯32兼具高产、优质、高淀粉、抗病,综合表现最为突出,适宜作为优质高产高淀粉品种在生产上利用。龙薯31产量表现突出,高淀粉、外观品质差;适宜作为淀粉型品种在生产和育种上利用。泉薯17和桂薯10138等2个品种均表现品质好,适宜作为淀粉型品种在生产上利用。[Objective]Yield, quality and other major traits of the 10 sweet potato varieties with good edible quality and high starch content were identified and select, which aimed to provide references for productions of South Fujian. [Method] Taking Guangshu87 as control variety, the variety comparison test were carried on in 2015-2016. [Result] Pushu32 were with high yield, the yields of fresh root, dry root and starch were 32 491.2,10 017.00 and 6 553.50 kg/hm2, which were 21.63%, 22.66% and 19.55% higher than control one respectively. And it also had high dry matter content, high starch content, good edible and sensory quality, good external appearance and superior resistance to Fusarium-wilt and Bacterial-wilt. Longshu31 also had high yield, the yields of fresh root, dry root and starch were 33 750.15, 10 249.95 and 6 720.00 kg/hm2, which were 26.34%, 25.52% and 22.60% higher than control one respectively. But its external appearance was lower. The comprehensive performances of 4 Varieties (Guangshu214, Rongshu819 , Fushu604 and Jinshu11)were general, and those of 2 Varieties (PuhanshuNol and Zhangshul 1 )were poor. [Conclusion] 'Pushu32' was out-standing and should be suitable for fresh-eating or starch-processing. ' Longshu31' had good comprehensive performance, but its external appearance was lower, it should be suitable for starch-proeessing. Quanshul7 and Guishu 10138 both had some superior characters, such as high starch contents and yields, they should be suitable for starch-processing.
