摘　　要：B族溶血性链球菌(group B streptococcus,GBS)为需氧革兰阳性链球菌,可导致多种围产期不良结局,如宫内感染、死胎、新生儿感染及新生儿死亡等。文章主要阐述GBS宫内感染的胎儿和新生儿的预后及防治。Group B streptococcus（ GBS） is a type of gram-positive streptococcal bacteria,which can cause multiple adverse pregnancy outcome, including intrauterine infection, stillbirth, neonatal infection and neonatal death. This article will review the prognosis and prevention of fetal and neonatal infection.
