高职院校创新创业实训基地建设模式的研究与实践——基于跨专业融合的视角

摘　　要：跨专业实训基地是学生实现专业实训与创业实践融合的有效媒介。高职院校要利用校内外各专业的实训基地,开展结合专业实训的跨专业创新创业实训活动,建立健全跨专业创新创业实训基地的管理体制,确保基地规范运行;还要实现实训基地资源的整合,使学生能在跨专业的实训基地围绕不同的创业项目,根据自己的专业特点,发挥各自的专业特长,在完成专业实训的同时开展创新创业实践活动。Cross-disciplinary training base is an effective medium to realize the integration of professional training and entrepreneurship practice for students,how to use thetraining basesof different majors inside and outside the school,carry out cross disciplinary innovation and entrepreneurship training activities combined with professional trainings,establish and improve the management system of cross-disciplinary innovation and entrepreneurship training base,ensure the standard operation of the base,and realize the integration of training base resources,enable students to play their respective professional expertiseon the basis of their own professional characteristics,combined with their own professional deficiencies,according to different business projects in the cross-disciplinary training base,so as to complete the professional training at the same time to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship practice activities.
