摘  要:达克罗为锌铬涂层,达克罗涂层有很多优点,但也存在着不足。其中的六价铬起到了极其关键的作用。介绍了达克罗的起源、性能、技术及应用情况以及六价铬的替代物质。指出现行达克罗涂层在硬度、色彩以及在生产过程中需要高温烧结等方面存在的问题,介绍了相应的技术进展和应用方面的解决方案;同时对无铬达克罗的技术性能和耐久性评价做了归纳,对应用前景进行了展望。Dacromet coatings have many advantages as well as some shortcomings. Dacromet is a zinc chrome coating and the hexavalent chromi- um has played a crucial role. The origin, performance, technology and application of the dacromet, as well as the alternatives to hexavalent chromium were introduced in this paper. The problems such as hardness, multicolour and high temperature sintering during the production process were pointed out, and the corresponding technical development and the application solutions were presented. Besides, the technical performance and durability evaluation of non- chromium dacromet were summarized and the application was also prospected.
