摘  要:宴会厅钢桁架属于大跨度超重超高钢结构,现场现有起重设备无法满足整体吊装要求,因此,需根据起重设备的起重性能,桁架安装位置及构件运输,焊接节点复杂程度等限制因素对桁架进行合理分段进行桁架安装;钢桁架安装需采用支撑体系,通过施工预模拟制订钢桁架安装顺序,完成高空原位拼装;制订合理工序,以保障钢桁架与土建交叉作业施工过程安全可靠,质量可控。The banquet hall steel truss belongs to the large-span super-heavy super-high steel truss, the existing hoisting equipment can not meet the overall hoisting requirements, therefore, according to the hoisting equipment hoisting performance, truss installation location and component transportation, welding node complexity and other constraints on the truss installation; steel truss installation need to adopt the support system, through the construction of pre-simulation to develop steel truss installation order, complete the high-altitude in-situ assembly; establish reasonable procedures to ensure the safety and reliability of steel truss and civil cross construction, quality control.
