摘　　要：本文通过对公司办公业务的调查和研究,将计算机技术与工作流程业务相结合,根据JBPM工作流引擎设计和系统功能设计,以WEB技术为背景,以Spring、Hibernate、Struts2三大开发框架作为项目各层级的架构支持,给出了自动化办公平台的设计和开发方案。该方案可以使办公便捷,办公信息条理性增强,改变过去复杂、低效的手工办公方式。办公自动化为企业的管理和决策提供科学的依据,提高了办公效率,增加了协同办公能力。Through the investigation and study of the company＇s office business, by combining computer technology with workflow business, according to the JBPM workflow engine design and system function design, with WEB technology as the background, with the three major development framework of Spring, Hibernate, Struts2, the paper presents the design and development plan for an automated office platform. The plan can make the office convenient, enhance office information rationally, and change the past complex, inefficient manual work. Office automation provides scientific basis for the management and decision-making of enterprises, improves office efficiency, and increases collaborative office capabilities.
