盆腔炎颗粒治疗盆腔炎性后遗症不孕的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析盆腔炎颗粒治疗盆腔炎性后遗症不孕的疗效。方法选择2015年2月-2017年7月于高唐县人民医院采用盆腔炎颗粒治疗的盆腔炎性后遗症不孕患者68例为观察组,另选同期采用单纯西药治疗的盆腔炎性后遗症不孕患者110例为对照组。比较两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉血流动力学指标(PS、PI、RI)及末次随访成功妊娠率。结果治疗第8周后,观察组子宫内膜厚度、子宫动脉PS指标高于对照组,PI、RI低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组成功妊娠率为55.88%(38/68),对照组为50.91%(56/110),差异无统计学意义(P>0.0 5)。观察组成功妊娠时间为(7.8±2.6)个月,低于对照组的(10.3±3.4)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆腔炎颗粒治疗盆腔炎性后遗症不孕并不能增进对不孕症的疗效,但能缩短妊娠时间,可能与其可改善子宫容受性、改善血流灌注有关。Objective To investigate the curative effect of pelvic inflammatory granules in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory infertility. Methods 68 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory infertility in Gaotang County People ＇s Hospital from February 2015 to July 2017 were selected as the observation group,treated with pelvic inflammatory particles. Another 110 cases in the same period were selected as the control group,treated with simple western medicine. The endometrium thickness,uterine artery hemodynamics index（PS,PI,RI） before and after treatment both and the successful pregnancy rate of the last follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results After eighth weeks of treatment,the endometrium thickness and the PS index of the uterine artery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the PI and RI were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. The successful pregnancy rate in the observation group was 55.88%（38/68）,and it was 50.91%（56/110） in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0. 05）. The successful pregnancy time of the observation group was（7.8±2.6） months,which was lower than that of the control group with（10.3±3.4） months,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Pelvic inflammatory granules in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory infertility does not increase the clinical effect of infertility,but shorten the time of pregnancy. It may be related to improve endometrial receptivity,improve blood perfusion.
