阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察小儿支原体肺炎应用阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗的疗效及安全性。方法选择高唐县人民医院2016年6月-2017年6月接收的支原体肺炎患儿116例,随机分为观察组和对照组各58例,两组在对症治疗基础上,观察组给予阿奇霉素序贯疗法,对照组给予红霉素治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为94.8%,高于对照组的82.8%;观察组患儿咳嗽、发热、肺部湿啰音消失时间,住院时间均低于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率为13.8%,低于对照组的31.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗支原体肺炎患儿,可快速消除患儿的临床症状,促使患儿尽早痊愈,且能减少不良反应,安全有效,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Azithromycin Sequential Therapy in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 116 cases with mycoplasma pneumonia received from June 2016 to June 2017 in Gaotang County People＇s Hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,58 cases in each group. On the basis of symptomatic treatment,the observation group was given Azithromycin Sequential Therapy and the control group was treated with Erythromycin. And the therapeutic effects of two group were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.8%,which was higher than 82.8% in the control group. In the observation group, the disappearance time of cough, fever, the lung wet rale and the time of hospitalization were all lower than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.8%,which was lower than 31.0% in the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical application of Azithromycin Sequential Therapy in children with mycoplasma pneumonia can quickly eliminate the clinical symptoms of the children,prompt children to recover as early as possible,and can reduce the adverse reaction. It＇s safe and effective,and the value of clinical application is higher,which is worthy of promotion.
