摘　　要：目的探讨靶向治疗胃癌患者留置外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)期间的皮肤护理。方法选取汕头大学医学院附属肿瘤医院消化内科2016年1月-2017年9月收治的胃癌且留置PICC管的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组采用优质护理模式,对照组采用常规护理模式,比较两组护理方法的效果。结果观察组皮疹发生率为2.5%,明显低于对照组的15.0%,经对症治疗均治愈;观察组患者家属护理满意度为90.0%,高于对照组的67.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者接受靶向治疗时留置PICC管期间,采用优质护理干预措施能够降低皮疹的发病率,提高患者家属对治疗的满意度。Objective To investigate the skin care of gastric cancer patients with indwelling PICC tube during targeted therapy. Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer and indwelling peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC） tube from January 2016 to September 2017 in Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shantou University were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with high quality nursing mode,while the control group was treated with routine nursing mode. The effect of nursing methods was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of skin rashes in the observation group was 2.5%,which was significantly lower than 15.0% of the control group,cured by symptomatic treatment. The nursing satisfaction of family members of the patients in the observation group was 90.0%,which was higher than 67.5% in the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing interventions can reduce the incidence of skin rashes and improve the satisfaction of family members in the treatment of gastric cancer patients with indwelling PICC tube during targeted therapy.
