摘　　要：目的通过对巴彦淖尔市2016年噪声环境作业工人双耳高频平均听阈的检查,为相关企业职业管理部门及用人单位职业病防治提供依据。方法从职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统导出噪声作业人员的职业健康检查相关数据,根据GBZ 188-2014《职业健康监护技术规范》的要求,对巴彦淖尔市2 534名噪声环境作业工人的职业卫生基本情况和职业性岗中健康检查资料进行综合分析和评价。应用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行分析。结果接触噪声的职业人群双耳高频平均听阈检查结果异常(除在企业经济类型外)在地区间、性别方面、不同行业、不同规模及不同年龄间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论职业噪声可造成双耳高频平均听阈异常,应该加强职业卫生监督管理,做好职业卫生防护。[Objective] Through the examination on binaural high-frequency average hearing threshold among noise-exposed workers in Bayannaoer in 2016, to provide the basis for the related enterprises and occupational management department to carry out the occupational disease prevention and treatment. [Methods] The data of occupational health examination of noise-exposed workers were collected from the occupational diseases and occupational health information monitoring system. According to the Technical specification for occupational health care（GBZ 188-2014）, the basic occupational health situation and occupational inservice health examination data of 2 534 noise-exposed workers in Bayannaoer were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for analysis. [Results] The differences in the abnormal results of binaural high-frequency average hearing threshold test were statistically significant among noise-exposed workers in different region, sex, industry,enterprise scale and age（all P〈0.05）, while the difference was not statistically significant among enterprises of different economy type. [Conclusion] The occupational noise can cause the abnormity of binaural high-frequency average hearing threshold. It is necessary to strengthen the occupational health supervision and management,complete the occupational health protection.
