摘　　要：目的了解唐山市2016年法定传染病的流行趋势,为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法对"传染病报告信息管理系统"中唐山市2016年法定传染病疫情资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果 2016年唐山市共报告法定传染病20种26 115例,年均发病率为327.9/10万。男性多于女性,25~69岁年龄组13 189例,占50.5%;职业以农民和散居儿童为主,分别占43.6%和25.7%。乙类传染病中以血源及性传播疾病为主,占68.4%;丙类传染病以肠道疾病为主(93.50%);主要传染病为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、其他感染性腹泻和手足口病。结论唐山市传染病防治工作的重点是病毒性肝炎、肺结核、其他感染性腹泻和手足口病,应加强宣传教育,做好疾病监测工作。[Objective]To learn the epidemiological tendency of notifiable infectious diseases in Tangshan City in 2016, provide scientific basis for the establishment of relevant countermeasures. [Methods] Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on epidemic data of notifiable infectious diseases in Tangshan City in 2016, which were collected from the Disease monitoring and information reporting management system. [Results] Totally 26 115 cases of 20 kinds of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in 2016, with an average annual incidence rate of 327.9/lakh. The male cases were more than female cases. There were 13 189 cases in 25-69 year-old age group,accounting for 50.5%. Most of patients were farmer and scattered child, accounting for43.6% and 25.7% respectively. Class B infectious diseases were mainly blood borne diseases and sexually transmitted diseases,accounting for 68.4%. Class C infectious diseases were mainly intestinal diseases（93.50%）, including viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, other infectious diarrhea diseases and hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）. [Conclusion] The prevention and control of infectious diseases in Tangshan City should focus on viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, other infectious diarrhea diseases and HFMD. It is necessary to strengthen the health education and improve the disease monitoring.
