摘　　要：目的分析天津市北辰区哨点医院流行性感冒(流感)的流行特征,掌握本地区流感流行趋势及病毒株变化特点,为流感疫情预测和预警奠定基础,为今后的流感防控工作提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法对2011年4月1日—2016年3月31日天津市北辰区哨点医院流感样病例监测结果进行分析。结果共采集流感样病例咽拭子2 943份,检测阳性522份,阳性率17.74%。各年度流行强度及优势病原不同,整体呈现优势型别交替出现及多亚型重叠流行的形式。病原学监测5~14岁组阳性率最高,差异有统计学意义。结论应继续做好流感的监测工作,提高居民对流感的预防意识,加强中小学等聚集性场所的监测力度,避免流感病毒大规模流行。[Objective]To analyze the epidemic characteristics of influenza in sentinel hospitals in Beichen District of Tianjin,master the epidemic trends of influenza and change characteristics of virus strain in this region, lay the foundation for the prediction and early warning of influenza, and provide the scientific basis for the influenza prevention and control work in future.[Methods] Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the monitoring results of influenza-like illness in sentinel hospitals in Beichen District of Tianjin from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2016. [Results] Among 2 943 pharynx swab samples from influenza-like illness cases, 522 were positive with positive rate of 17.74%. The epidemic intensity and dominant pathogen were diverse in different years, and there was a form of dominant pathogens appeared alternately and subtypes overlapped.Etiology monitoring showed that the positive rate in 5-l4 year-old age group was the highest, and the difference was statistically significant. [Conclusion] It is continue to carry out the influenza surveillance, improve residents＇ awareness of influenza prevention, and strengthen monitoring of primary and secondary schools, so as to avoid influenza pandemic.
