摘 要:目的了解北京市怀柔区2010—2016年水痘流行特征,掌握流行趋势,为开展水痘的预防控制工作提供参考依据。方法对2010—2016年怀柔区水痘发病资料进行整理、分析。结果 2010—2016年怀柔区共报告水痘1 804例,无水痘死亡病例报告,年均发病率64.50/10万,疫情主要集中在10—12月,占总发病数的33.09%,发病例数和累计发病率居于首位的依次为怀柔镇、怀北镇;水痘的高发年龄为6~10岁,<1及1岁呈现出1个小高峰;男性年均发病率为53.00/10万,女性年均发病率为53.36/10万;病例以学生为主,高达50.94%;年龄组聚类分析显示,6、8和9岁是水痘发病高发年龄;地区聚类分析显示,杨宋镇等为高发镇乡。结论北京市怀柔区水痘发病季节高峰和职业高峰明显,应根据水痘流行病学特征,采取有针对性的措施。建议将水痘纳入国家法定丙类传染病管理,加强疫情动态监测,做好水痘流行趋势预警,同时加大宣传力度,提高适龄儿童的水痘疫苗接种率。[Objective]To understand the epidemic characteristics of varicella in Huairou District of Beijing from 2010-2016,explore the epidemic trend, and provide reference for the prevention and control of varicella. [Methods] The epidemic data of varicella in Huairou District of Beijing from 2010-2016 were collected and analyzed. [Results] Totally 1 804 cases of varicella were reported in Huairou District from 2010-2016, without death case, and the average annual incidence rate was 64.50/lakh.The peak season appeared October to December, accounting for 33.09% of the total cases. The case number and accumulated incidence rate was the highest in Huairou Town, followed by Huaibei Town. The high-risk population was children aged 6-10 years old, and there was a small peak in 1 and 1 year old groups. The average annual incidence rate in males and females was53.00/lakh and 53.36/lakh respectively. Most of cases were student, accounting for 50.94%. According to clustering analysis,6, 8 and 9 years old were the high-risk age, and the Yangsong Town had the high incidence rate. [Conclusion] There are obvious seasonal peak and occupational peak of varicella in Huairou District of Beijing. It is necessary to take targeted measures according to the epidemic characteristics of varicella, incorporate the varicella into the administration of class C infectious diseases, strengthen the dynamic monitoring of the epidemic and early warning of epidemic trend, and increase the publicity to improve the vaccination rate of varicella for children.
