摘　　要：目的调查乌鲁木齐市居民对健康知识的认知水平以及健康行为的形成状况,为居民的预防和控制疾病提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,抽取乌鲁木齐市3家医院700名>15岁健康检查者进行问卷调查。结果共收回有效问卷690份,有效回收率为98.57%。2周患病率为17.54%,近6个月内有80人被医生确诊患有慢性疾病,患病率为11.59%;居民总体健康知识知晓率为53.91%,整体健康行为形成率为39.28%;采用logistic回归方法分析相关的影响因素最终发现,性别、受教育程度、经济水平等因素能够对居民的健康认知产生重要影响。结论该市居民的健康行为形成状况需要进一步提升,政府需要积极地开展宣传教育活动,在日常操作进程中应该在开展干预工作方面倾注心力,以便切实提升居民的健康知识水平,确保健康行为的形成进程有所加快。[Objective]To investigate the health knowledge level and health behavior formation level among residents in Urumqi,provide basis for the prevention and control of diseases. [Methods] By using the random sampling method, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 700 residents who received the health examination and over 15 years old from 3 hospitals of Urumqi.[Results] A total of 690 valid questionnaires were collected with the effective recovery rate of 98.57%. The prevalence rate in two weeks was 17.54%. Totally 80 people have been diagnosed with chronic diseases in recent 6 months, with the prevalence rate of 11.59%. The total health knowledge awareness rate was 53.91% and the total health behavior formation rate was 39.28%. The logistic regression analysis showed that the gender, educational level and economic level were the important influencing factors for health cognition of residents. [Conclusion] The health behavior formation level among residents in Urumqi needs to be further improved. The government should actively carry out the health education activities and focus on the daily intervention to improve the health level of residents and promote the health behavior formation.
