摘　　要：目的了解天津市居民健康档案建档情况,发现天津市城乡居民健康档案管理情况中的薄弱环节,为卫生行政管理部门进一步加强社区公共卫生服务提供依据。方法收集全市16个行政区县2015年天津市基本公共卫生服务项目工作量统计表,将考核城乡居民健康档案管理指标结果应用Excel 2003电子表格进行录入和统计分析。结果 2015年,全市累计建立电子健康档案9 333 379份,电子健康档案建档率为76.11%,城市和农村建档率分别为76.33%和75.90%。结论全市居民健康档案建立工作发展不均衡,应加大基本公共卫生服务投入,加强信息化网络平台建设,促进居民健康档案的建设和使用。[Objective]To understand the status of resident health records filing in Tianjin, find the weak link in the management of urban and rural resident health records, and provide the basis for the health administration department to further strengthen the community public health service. [Methods] The workload statistics tables of basic public health service of 16 administrative districts in Tianjin in 2015 were collected, and the assessment results of health records management indicators were input into Excel 2003 spreadsheet, and were statistically analyzed. [Results] In 2015, there were totally 9 333 379 electronic health records in Tianjin, with the filing rate of 76.11%. The filing rate in urban and rural area was 76.33% and 75.90% respectively.[Conclusion] The work of establishing health records for residents is not balanced. It is necessary to increase investment in basic public health services, strengthen the construction of information network platform, and promote the construction and use of health records for residents.
