性别化创新的理论内涵与实践应用——性与性别分析法的贡献

摘　　要：性别化创新是近几年在欧洲和北美地区广泛兴起的关于科学研究与创新研究的新视角,但目前缺乏系统的学理基础,使性别化创新研究难以有效开展。性与性别差异是客观存在的,如果忽略这种差异,它会通过科学实验和社会建构对科学研究与创新过程中的概念、假设、命题、方法等产生缺省式设置,限制研究成果的卓越性、社会可接受性和可持续性。文章引入性别化创新的概念,阐释了性别化创新的适用领域、内涵和策略,并从嵌入视角出发,建立了科学研究与创新链全过程中性别化创新的分析框架,以医疗健康领域案例展示了具体实践过程。将性别化创新引入中国创新研究领域,是将其融入创新驱动发展这一时代背景的新探索,为科学研究与创新工作开拓了新视域。Gendered innovation is a new perspective to scientific research and innovation,widely applied in Europe and North America in recent years.However,the lack of systematic theoretical basis makes the international gendered innovation difficult to bourgeon effectively.Sex and gender differences exist indeed,which set default settings in concept construction,scientific hypothesis,proposition and methods by scientific and social-construction process,thus limiting the excellence,social acceptability and sustainability of research results.This article for the first time introduces "gendered innovation" into domestic research fields,reviewing its development,analyzing its connotation,construction,obligations,approaches and strategies.This study states that gender innovation can be embedded in the process of scientific research and innovation chain,and the case of "Molecular mechanism of pathophysiological changes in TypeⅡdiabetes mellitus" can be an example to demonstrate the specific process,which,with sex and gender into consideration in each stages,inquires if the scientific research and innovation respect gender equality and gender differences.The introduction of gendered innovation,when integrated with the Chinese innovation-driven development in current China,will open new horizons for scientific research and innovation.
