摘　　要：膀胱颈部挛缩(bladder neck contracture,BNC)是前列腺良恶性病变术后一种常见的并发症,诸多因素导致了BNC的发生发展,治疗手段可根据患者的病情严重程度从简单的尿道扩张到复杂的经腹部-会阴联合径路重建手术,现将国内外对BNC治疗的现状及最新进展情况进行综述。Bladder neck contracture （BNC） is a relatively common complication of the surgical treatment of benign and malignant prostate lesions. Many factors contribute to the occurrence and development of BNC. The treatment options for BNC can range from the simple dilation procedure to more complex abdomino-perineal recon- structive surgery based on the degree of BNC of patients. This article would overview recent progresses in the treatment of BNC at home and abroad.
