丹参川芎嗪注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高血压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法将96例老年高血压患者随机分为对照组48例和试验组48例。对照组予以阿托伐他汀钙片每次20 mg,qd,口服;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上,予以丹参川芎嗪每次10 mL,qd,静脉滴注。2组患者均治疗2周。比较2组患者的临床疗效和药物不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后,试验组和对照组的总有效率分别为85.42%(41例/48例)和66.67%(32例/48例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组发生的药物不良反应有头晕和胃肠道不适,对照组发生的药物不良反应有胃肠道不适和谷丙转氨酶升高。试验组和对照组的总药物不良反应发生率分别为6.25%和8.33%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高血压的临床疗效显著,且不增加药物不良反应的发生率。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of salviae mihiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods Ninety- six elderly patients with hypertension were randomly divided into control and treatment groups with 48 cases per group. Con- trol group was treated with atorvastatin calcium 20 mg per time, qd, oral- ly. Treatment group was given salviae mihiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride injection 10 mL per time, qd, intravenous drip, on the ba- sis of control group. Two groups were treated for 2 weeks. Then clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rates of treatment and control groups were 85.42% （41 cases / 48 cases） and 66.67% （32 cases / 48 cases） with significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse drug reac- tions of treatment group were dizziness and gastrointestinal discomfort, which in control group were gastrointestinal discomfort and elevated ala- nine transaminase. The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 6.25% and 8.33% without significant difference （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Salviae mihiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydro- chloride injection combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets has a definitve clinical efficacy and safety in treatment of senile hypertension.
