摘　　要：随着科技的发展,电子航道图系统越来越广泛地应用于船舶助航导航,港航管理部门也以电子航道图为基础开发各种信息化应用系统,其中,电子航道图显示系统是人机交互的媒介,统一显示有利于电子航道图的应用。研究开发出长江电子航道图图示符号库系统,该系统可以根据用户绘制的图示符号图形,按照国际海道测量组织图示符号表达语言规范,自动生成图示符号表示库,并以数据库的方式进行存储与管理。With the development of science technology,electronic navigational chart（ENC）system is being applied more and more in assisting vessel navigation.Port and waterway management organizations are also developing information application systems based on ENC data.However,ENC display is the human-computer interaction medium in all kinds of application systems,and uniform display is more helpful for application of ENC system.Therefore,an electronic navigational chart presentation library editing system is researched and developed.Using this software system,user can draw ENC symbols and the software will ge-nerate presentation library based on international hydrographic organization presentation language specification automatically,and maintain the symbols in a database.
