摘 要:以硫脲(TU)为非金属掺杂物,TiO_2-P25为原料,经浸渍-焙烧制备出S,N-TiO_2,而后通过水热合成出CdS/S,N-TiO_2复合光催化剂。催化剂的分析结果表明,S是以S^(6+)的形式取代了TiO_2晶格中的Ti^(4+),形成了S6+的阳离子掺杂,N则形成了O-Ti-N的结构,S和N的掺杂改变了TiO_2的电子结构,使其吸收边红移约10nm,电荷分离效率提高。可见光催化分解硫化氢制氢结果表明,CdS/S,N-TiO_2催化性能明显改善,CdS/S,N-TiO_2-2/1-600-1/2-240复合催化剂的催化分解硫化氢分解产氢速率可达62.24m L/h,CdS/S,N-TiO_2-2/1-600-1/2-240复合催化剂在不同p H值溶液中的产氢性能明显优于未掺杂的C d S/TiO_2复合催化剂。Firstly,the TiO_2 doped with S and N was obtained by mean of immersion and calcinations method with thiourea(TU)as non-metallic dopant; then the CdS/S,N-TiO_2 composite photocatalysts had been prepared by hydrothermal method.The results of analysis and characterization of catalyst showed that the S atom had substituted for Ti^(4+) in the lattice of TiO_2 in form of S^(6+),and formed a positive ion doping; and the O-Ti-N structures were formed by substituting N for partial O atoms.The doping of S and N had changed the electronic structure of TiO_2 and made a red shift about 10 nm,and the charge separation efficiency was improved.The H_2 production rate of CdS/S,N-TiO_2-2/1-600-1/2-240 composite catalyst could reach 62.24 m L/h,and the hydrogen producing performance in solution with various p H values was better than that of CdS/TiO_2.
