摘  要:以醇溶性磷酸二氢铝树脂为基体,添加酚醛树脂制备一种杂化耐高温胶黏剂。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜显微镜、能谱和热重分析分别研究了胶黏剂的物相组成、微观结构、元素组成及热稳定性,通过拉伸剪切强度测试粘接性能。粘接机理分析表明,当温度小于800℃,粘接强度为磷酸二氢铝树脂和酚醛树脂共同作用;超过800℃,酚醛树脂高温裂解产物与原始物料发生反应,生成SiO_2,氧化伴随新物质的生成有效抑制了酚醛树脂高温裂解导致的体积收缩,并减弱了裂解带来的微观缺陷,同时新物质的生成显著提高了胶黏剂的高温粘接性能。A kind of hybrid high temperature resistant adhesive was prepared by adding phenolic resin with alcohol-soluble aluminum phosphate resin as matrix.The phase composition,microstructure,element composition and thermal stability of the adhesive were studied through X-ray diffrac-tion,scanning electron microscopy,energy spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis.The bonding properties were measured by tensile shear strength test.The adhesion mechanism analysis showed that when the temperature was lower than 800 ℃,the bonding strength was the combination of dihydrogen phosphate resin and phenolic resin.When the temperature exceeded 800℃,the pyrolysis product of phenolic resin reacted with the raw material to produce SiO_2,the oxidation and formation of new substances had effectively inhibited the volume shrinkage of phenol resin which was caused by pyrolysis and weakened the micro-defects caused by cracking,while the formation of new substances had significantly improved the high temperature bonding property of adhesive.
