石墨对磷酸盐胶黏剂性能的影响

摘　　要：以磷酸盐胶黏剂、片层石墨为主要原材料,制备了一种含石墨磷酸盐胶黏剂。通过差热(DSC)、拉力机、激光导热仪分析了石墨对磷酸盐胶黏剂的影响。结果表明:当石墨含量低时,对磷酸盐胶黏剂剪切强度没有影响,处理温度为300℃时,剪切强度达到最大值,当处理温度高于500℃时,石墨被氧化,磷酸盐基体强度降低;常温热扩散系数随着石墨含量增加而提高,空气环境下热扩散系数随温度升高而降低,氮气环境下高温处理后热扩散系数无明显变化。The phosphate adhesive containing graphite was prepared with phosphate adhesive and graphite as key raw materials.The effect of graphite on the phosphate adhesives was analyzed by DSC,tensile machine and laserflash thermal analyzer.The results showed that the shear strength of phosphate adhesive was not affected when the graphite content was low,and it reached the maximum value when the treating temperature was 300℃.When the temperature was above 500℃,the graphite was oxidized and the strength of phosphate matrix decreased.The room temperature thermal diffusivity was rising with the increase of graphite content,and it would reduce with the increase of temperature in air environment; however the thermal diffusivity had no obvious change after high temperature treatment in N_2 environment.
