摘 要:研究了3,5-二氯苯甲酰氯的合成工艺。以苯甲酰氯为原料、三光气为氯化剂,通过磺化、氯化及置换反应合成3,5-二氯苯甲酰氯。通过单因素法考察了发烟硫酸用量、氯化剂用量、温度和时间等因素对反应的影响,最后得出3,5-二氯苯甲酰氯的合成工艺条件为:n(发烟硫酸)∶n(苯甲酰氯)=2.2∶1、氯化剂三光气用量5.5%(wt)、反应温度180℃、反应时间16h。结果表明,产品收率可达94.1%左右。The synthesis process of 3,5-dichlorobenzoyl chloride was studied.With benzoyl chloride as raw materials and triphosgene as chlori-nating agent,the 3,5-dichlorobenzoyl chloride was synthesized by sulfonation,chlorination and substitution reactions.The effects of various technical parameters,such as oleum and chlorinating agent dosage,temperature and time on the reaction were investigated by single factor method.And finally a product yield of 94.1% could be achieved under the conditions as follows:the molar ratio of oleum to benzoyl chloride was 2.2:1,the amount of triphosgene was 5.5%(wt),reaction temperature and time was180℃ and 16 h respectively.
