摘  要:生物柴油生产过程的副产物甘油可进一步脱水生成应用广泛的中间产物丙烯醛。自1918年Sabatier首次报道了在Al_2O_3及UO_2催化剂上进行甘油气相脱水制丙烯醛以来,直至今日开发出众多酸性催化剂用于此类反应,如氧化物类、分子筛类、杂多酸类催化剂等。杂多酸(HPA)具有较强的B酸性和独特的Keggin结构,广泛应用于各类催化反应。详细记述了近几年国内外杂多酸催化剂在催化甘油气相脱水制丙烯醛反应的研究现状,分步论述了负载硅钨酸(HSiW)、负载磷钨酸(HPW)的研究进展,认为将来应更多的研究载体与HPA相互作用机理,丙烯醛生成机理及结炭机理。By-product glycerol,from the process of biodiesel,which can be used to produce acrolein.Since 1918 Sabatier firstly reported the process of the gas-phase dehydration of glycerol to arcolein on Al2 O3 and UO2,a great many acid catalysts have been used in this reaction,such as oxide,zeolite,heteropoly acid et al.Heteropoly acid catalysts own strong Br觟nsted acidic sites and Keggin type and have been applied to all kinds of catalytic reactions.Recent progress in heteropoly acid catalysts for glycerol to acrolein was reviewed,which included the development of supported silicotungstic acid catalysts and supported phosphotungstic acid catalysts.The future study should concentrate on the interaction of support and HPA,the mechanism of producing acrolein and coke.
