摘  要:对蒸馏过程的真空系统配置进行改造:将原配置的过细过长连接处过多的CS管路改为少连接多焊接及短而粗的SS管路,减少泄漏与防铁锈堵塞真空系统及压力反串时对产品的污染;对过滤器予以改进,以增强过滤效果,避免升华物后移影响真空系统寿命和增加油耗;改油增压泵为油扩散泵,提高高真空下系统的极限真空能力,同时将原老式的高低真空用的一小一大抽速的滑阀泵统一改造为新型的两台大抽速滑阀泵,并通过自控型真空阀实现高低真空系统间的切换。The vacuum system configuration of distillation is reformed as follows. The CS line is replaced by SS line, in which there is less connections, more welding, shorter and thicker compared with the former. The replacement reduces the leakage,prevents the vacuum system blockage by the rust and avoids the product contamination when the pressure is reversed. The filter is ameliorated to enhance the filtering effect, to avoid the service life reduction of the vacuum system and the increase of fuel consumption. The oil booster pump is replaced by the oil diffusion pump to improve the ultimate capacity of the vacuum system.The original small pumping speed slide valve pump used for lower vacuum level and the original big pumping speed slide valve pump for higher vacuum level are replaced by two big pumping speed slide valve pumps. Finally, the switch of different vacuum level is controlled by automatic control vacuum valve.
