摘　　要：本文基于国家卫计委2014年流动人口社会融入专项调查数据,采用因子分析方法构建综合性的流动人口社会融入指标,利用处理效应模型(TEM)和分位数回归模型,实证检验了商业医疗保险对流动人口社会融入水平的影响。研究发现,商业医疗保险显著提高流动人口的综合社会融入水平,其中对经济整合、社会参与和心理认同三个融入维度的检验中,商业医疗保险对社会参与影响最大,对心理认同影响最小。此外商业医疗保险促进社会融入的影响存在异质性和分位数效应,对乡—城流动人口、男性流动人口和低人力资本流动人口的正向影响更为明显,并且随着分位点的提高,商业医疗保险的正向效应显著增强。Based on the survey data of social integration of migrant population in 2014 by National Health and Family Planning Commission, this paper constructed a comprehensive social integration index of migrant population by means of factor analysis. By using the treatment effect model and the quantile regression model, this paper discussed the influence of commercial medical insurance on the level of social integration of the migrant population. The study found that commercial medical insurance significantly improved the level of comprehensive social integra- tion of the migrant population. Among them, commercial medical insurance had the greatest impact on social participation and the least impact on psychological identification in the three dimensions of economic integration, social participation and psychological identification. In addition, the impact of commercial health insurance on social inclusion was heterogeneous and the quantile effect was more obvious for the rural-urban migrant population, male migrant population and low human capital migrant population, of commercial health insurance was significantly enhanced and with the increase of the quantile, the positive effect
