摘 要:当气管缺损超过成人气管总长度的50%以及婴儿气管长度30%以上时往往需要人工气管来修补。现已被采用的气管替代方案,包括自体移植物、同种异体移植物、假体或其组合等,均具有包括炎症、感染等的局限性。随着近年来组织工程(TE)的快速发展,研究人员开始着手利用由聚合物或同种异体移植物制成的支架来修补气管缺损。鉴于上皮在气管中至关重要的作用,气管移植物上皮化已逐渐成为组织工程气管重建研究的重点,本文将结合目前组织工程气管上皮化的相关研究进行综述。Artificial tracheal grafts are required when repairing extensive tracheal defects that exceed 50% of total length in adults and 30% in infants. Alternative options for trachea replacement now are being developed, including autografts, allografts, and prosthetics, or a combination of these, but they have limitations including inflammation, infection. With the ad- vancements made in tissue engineering (TE) in recent years, researcheI"s are focusing their attention on using a tracheal scaf- fold made from a synthetic polymer or a cadaveric allotransplant. Considering the critical role of epithelium in the trachea, the repithelialization of tracheal grafts has gradually become the focus of tissue engineering tracheal reconstruction. This article will make a summary of the researches on the con'elation of tissue-engineered tracheal re-epithelialization.
