摘 要:目的:分析呼吸科门诊患者吸入装置正确使用率及临床药师对患者进行吸入制剂宣教的效果。方法:在上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院呼吸科门诊设立吸入制剂用药指导咨询室,临床药师结合药品说明书、现有相关指南对2017年4~7月的114例门诊患者进行吸入制剂宣教。按吸入制剂正确的操作步骤制定调查表格,对宣教前后患者吸入装置具体步骤掌握情况进行评估。结果:宣教前99.00%的患者不能正确掌握使用吸入制剂方法,最常见的问题为:不能准确装药、吸入前未呼气、吸药后未屏气5~10 s等。宣教后99.99%的患者能掌握吸入制剂的正确使用步骤。结论:临床药师对使用吸入制剂的患者进行用药宣教能有效的提高吸入装置的正确使用率。Objective: To investigate the rational use ratio of inhalers in outpatients and analyze the education effect of clinical pharmacists in respiratory department. Methods: A consultation room was set up in the respiratory department of Renji hospital. Ac- cording to the drug instructions and the relevant guidelines, clinical pharmacists carried out education for 114 outpatients from April to July 2017. Questionnaires were applied to investigate the education effect. Results: Before the education, 99.00% of the patients failed to master the use of inhaled preparations. The common errors were medicine fault filling, not breathing out before inhalation and not holding the breath for 5-10 s after inhalation. After the education, 99.99% of patients could master the proper use skill of inhalers. Conclusion: The education performed by clinical pharmacists can effectively improve the correct use ratio of inhalers.
