摘  要:对近年来纳米立方液晶系统作为药物载体在抗肿瘤方面的研究进展进行综述。介绍纳米液晶的结构、特点、制备方法和常用材料,及其在肿瘤方面的应用。纳米立方晶具有提高药物溶解度和稳定性的优势,并具有良好的生物相容性,作为新型纳米药物载体广泛受到人们关注。The research progress in nano cubic crystal systems as drug carriers for antitumor agents in recent years was summa- rized. The structure, characteristics, preparation methods, common used materials and application of nano liquid crystals containing antitumor drugs were introduced. Nano cubic crystals showed the advantages of improving the solubility and stability of drugs and good biocompatibility that made them achieve widely attention as a new type of nano drug carriers.
