摘 要:斜槽鼠笼式异步电机和凸极同步电机的转子导条之间由于没有足够的绝缘处理存在经过铁心的横向漏电流,而且它使导条和铁心中的电流沿轴向发生变化,从而影响到损耗、转矩、轴向振动、温升等一系列电磁和机械行为。从产生机理、横向接触电阻及其测量方法、电磁分析模型及算法、对电机性能的影响等方面总结了鼠笼式异步电机横向漏电流的研究成果。介绍凸极同步电机中横向漏电流的形成原因和相关的一些案例。在此基础上,建议对横向漏电流相关的转子温升、阻尼绕组电磁行为和设计改进展开深入的研究。Cage induction machines and salient-pole synchronous machines with skewed slots may have inter-bar currents that flow transversely between the bars in the rotor core due to the imperfect bar-iron insulation. This results in the axial variations of the currents in rotor bars and cores, and affects the electromagnetic and mechanical performances of the machines, such as loss, torque, axial vibration and temperature rise. This paper reviews of the research on the inter-bar currents in cage induction machines, including the mechanism of inter-bar currents, the measurement of bar-iron contact resistance, the electromagnetic modeling of inter-bar currents, the algorithm for the solution to the model, and the effects of inter-bar currents on machine performances. The paper also briefly introduces the causes and several examples of the inter-bar currents in salient-pole synchronous machines. On the basis of the above review, the paper recommends rotor temperature rise, electromagnetic performances and design improvement of damper windings in relation to the inter-bar currents as the future research.
