摘　　要：[目的/意义]科研合作中,团队成员存在着观点冲突,成员数据素养能力上也存在差异。对于嵌入研究过程或环境的科研数据服务,需要理解并应用这些因素对团队偏好的影响性,构建出有效的群偏好预测方法,有利于推送符合科研团队总体需求的数据管理相关资源,辅助团队完成数据管理的各种工作。[方法/过程]定量测度团队成员在冲突情境下对他人观点的认同度和数据素养能力,整合到传统的个体偏好聚合策略和协同过滤模式中,构建群体偏好预测方法。[结果/结论]实验结果表明相比基准方法,文章所提方法更能准确预测科研团队对数据管理相关资源的总体偏好。[局限]测评模型及量表存在的信度、效度等方面的缺陷,潜在会影响观点认同度和数据素养能力的度量精准性;实验数据不够丰富,实验环境尚未排除的干扰因素,也可能影响实验效果。[ Purpose/significance] In scientific research cooperation, the team members have conflicting views and different data literacy competencies. For the research data service embedded in the research process or environment, it is necessary to under- stand and apply the influence of these factors on team preference, and to construct an effective group preference prediction method, so as to recommend the data management resources that meet the overall needs of the research team, and to assist the team to com- plete data management work. [ Method/process ] The paper measures team members＇ commendation of others＇ opinion in conflict situations and data literacy competency quantitatively, and integrates them into the traditional individual preference aggregation strategy and collaborative filtering model to construct the group preference prediction method. [ Result/conclusion] The experiment results show that compared with the traditional method, the proposed method is more accurate to predict the overall preference of the research team on data management resources. [ Limitations] The assessment model and scale may have defects of reliability, valid- ity, etc, which may affect the accuracy of members＇ commendation and data literacy competency. Data of the experiment are also not rich, and the experimental environment does not exclude the interference factors, which also may affect the experimental re- sults.
