摘　　要：甲醇制烯烃技术是以甲醇为原料,经过催化反应生产乙烯、丙烯为主的轻烯烃产品。针对甲醇制烯烃工业化生产过程中,水洗塔长周期运行所面临的水洗塔压差高、换热能力不足、净化水外排带油等问题进行了深入分析,并对此问题提出了解决方法,为同行业解决此类问题提供了方法和思路。Methanol to olefins is made from methanol,Producing ethylene, propylene, etc.Olefin products by catalytic reaction. In this paper, the industrial process of methanol to olefin production is discussed,Analyze and study the problems of the water washing tower has high pressure difference and Insufficient heat transfer efficiency and Purified water contains oil in the long period operation of water washing tower,Put forward a solution to the problem,It provides methods and ideas for the same industry to solve such problems.
