新自由主义对北欧福利国家的批判与当代省思

摘　　要：建基于古典自由主义的新自由主义者,批判北欧福利国家违反资本主义市场经济的根本性原则和人类理性,尤其是国家过度介入市场必然引发经济发展停滞、政府机构臃肿、国家财政困难、道德危机频发等社会问题。新自由主义的批判为认识和阐释福利国家提供了某种经济学的视角,但并未接橥北欧福利国家重重危机的源头性问题,即资本主义制度自身所固有的矛盾。从历史文化渊源、社会基本结构及国家的时代因应等角度审视北欧国家的福利分配和供给机制,对新的历史起点下推动中国特色社会主义福利建设具有借鉴意义。Based on Classical liberalism, Neo-liberalism criticize Northern Europe welfare state fundamentally against the capitalist market economy law, points out that it is destined not to work because it violates the bounded rationality of mankind. And it certainly will hinder the economic prosperity, form the Government financial difficulties, destroy the freedom society and forfeit moral crisis.In fact, Neo-liberalism has not been revealed the inherent contradiction of capitalism. Multi-angle focusing on Northern Europe welfare, will help to promote Construction of socialist welfare with Chinese characteristics.
