摘 要:研究了急性热应激致大鼠肛温达42℃时即刻、持续15min及持续15min并在室温恢复4h后三种状态下肺肾上腺素能受体(α,β)的动态改变及其相应配基去甲肾上腺素(NE),肾上腺素(E)含量的改变。同时测定了肺中磷脂酶A_2(PLA_2)活性的变化。结果表明,急性热应激可使大鼠肺中肾上腺素能受体发生改变,内源性配基NE、E及PLA_2的活性也相应发生改变。NE和/或E含量以及PLA_2活性的改变在肾上腺素能受体变化的过程中可能起重要的调制作用。Changes in maximal binding capacity (Bmaz) of α- and β-adrenoceptors, contents of norepinephrine (NE) and epinephrine (E) and activity o?phospholipase A2 (PLA2) in lung of rat suffered from acute heat stress were observed. As soon as the rectal temperature (Tr) of stressed rats raised to 42℃- the Bmax of both types of adrenoceptors increased and the content of E increased to 2 times of the normal value,while that of NE decreased by 48% as compared with the normal.When Tr was maintained at A2℃ for 15 min, the Bmax of the two types of adrenoceptors were reduced significantly, while the contents of NE and E remained at lower and higher levels respectively. When the heat stressed rats were placed in room temperature for 4 hours, Bmax of β-receptors and content of NE returned to normal level, but α-receptor and E did not recover. The PLA2 was examined simultaneously. A negative relationship between changes of adrenoceptors and PLA2 was revealed. These results suggest that the changes in NE and E and activation of PLA2 may be the important factors in regulating the density of adrenoceptors of heat-stressed rats.
