下肢静脉曲张并髂静脉压迫综合征一体化微创治疗临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨下肢静脉曲张并髂静脉压迫综合征同期微创治疗的效果。方法分析本院自2015年6月-2017年6月收治200例下肢静脉曲张中,合并髂静脉压迫综合征的30例患者临床资料。结果 30例患者中12例同期行髂静脉支架植入术和下肢静脉激光闭合术,对于随访满6个月的患者,术后下肢酸胀缓解率100%,水肿缓解率100%,色素沉着缓解率71.4%,皮炎缓解率100%,溃疡愈合率100%。12例患者均无静脉曲张复发、髂股静脉血栓形成及肺栓塞。结论下肢静脉曲张并髂静脉压迫综合征患者先髂静脉支架置入术随后行下肢静脉腔内激光闭合术,具有微创、有效、彻底、复发率低的优势。Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive treatment about treating varicose veins complicated with vein compression syndrome at the same time. Methods Clinical data of 30 patients of iliac vein compression syndrome which in 200 cases of lower extremity varicose veins from June 2015 to June 2017 in our hospital were analyzed. Results 12 cases from 30 cases which treated with endovenous laser treatment and iliac vein stent implantation. The end of follow-up with in a time of six months, the rate of heaviness was 100%, the rate of edema was 100%, the rate of pigmentation was 71.4%, the rate of dermatitis was 100%, the rate of ulcers healed was100%. There were no recurrence, no iliac and femoral venous thrombosis and no pulmonary embolism. Conclusion It is minimally invasive, effective, thorough and low recurrence rate that to treat iliac vein compression syndrome firstly and treat varicose venous secondly at the same time.
