摘　　要：第十三届全国人大一次会议2018年3月5日开幕,3月20日闭幕。会后深入领会贯彻两会精神和政府工作报告,成为各行各业应该做的事情。3月5日,国务院总理李克强作《政府工作报告》（下简称：《报告》）主要包括3大部分,其中第3部分＂对2018年政府工作的建议＂包括9大方面。这9大方面中,Auto factor was mentioned at six sections from three aspects in the Report on the Government Work delivered by the Premier Li Keqiang at the 13th National People's Congress held during the March of 2018. These related contents will have new impacts on certain fields of auto industry-some significant and some moderate, which will be much worth understanding and learning while seeking relevant strategy.
