深圳市2009-2013年5岁以下儿童死亡原因分析

摘　　要：目的探讨深圳市5岁以下儿童的死亡原因,为有效地预防和减少5岁以下儿童死亡提供科学依据。方法收集深圳市2009-2013年5岁以下儿童的死亡监测资料,按ICD-10对死亡原因进行编码,用SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2009-2013年深圳市5岁以下儿童共死亡3 485例,其中男性1 973例,占56.6%;女性1 512例,占43.4%。不同年龄、性别死亡率及死因的构成比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且早产低出生体重为5岁以下儿童的首位死因。结论早产低出生体重是引起深圳市5岁以下儿童死亡的主要原因,应积极采取相应措施进行重点预防。Objective To understand the mortality rate and the sequence of death causes of children under 5 years old in Shenzhen from 2009 to 2013,to provide bases for the development of prevention and intervention measures. Methods The data of children death under 5 years old from 2009 to 2013 in Shenzhen were collected,coding the cause of death by ICD-10 and SPSS 19. 0 was used for statistical analysis. Results There were 3 485 children under 5 years old died from 2009 to2013 in Shenzhen,including male were cases 1 973（ 56. 6%）,female cases were 1512（ 43. 4%）,and the distribution of death cause between different gender,age,household were significant different（ P 0. 01）. The top proportional mortality rate was preterm low birth weight among children under 5 years old. Conclusion Preterm low birth weight is the main cause of death among children under 5 years old in Shenzhen from 2009 to 2013,prevention and intervention of preterm low birth weight are the crucial task in the future.
