摘　　要：通过对全国第四届橄榄球锦标赛的观察分析,结合多年来对我国橄榄球运动的实践和经验的总结,认为中国橄榄球运动的普及与技战术水平都有了较大的发展与提高;女子橄榄球比赛正式亮相;军队橄榄球队成为主流力量;退役老球员发挥出积极作用。Analysis on present situation of Chinese rugby PLA institute of physical education, Guangzhou Ma weiran liu yongby observing and analysing the 4th Chinese national championship, integrate many years' performance and experience of the rugby football sports in our country , argue that the popularity and the level of skills and tactics rugby in china has been greatly improved; the first game of women's rugby has been held; the rugby in army has become main force; veterans give full play in this game.
