摘 要:选用螺旋型铂铱合金电极,通过涂覆Epoxy-PU半透膜和水凝胶外膜来提高植入式微创葡萄糖传感器生物相容性和抗干扰性。分别利用力学拉伸仪测试了聚乙烯醇(PVA)/聚乙二醇(PEG)复合水凝胶的力学性能,扫描电镜观测了水凝胶的显微形貌,电化学工作站测试了葡萄糖传感器的性能,重点考察了PVA/PEG的不同比例对葡萄糖传感器性能的影响。结果表明:当PVA与PEG质量比为4:1时,所制备的水凝胶对传感器性能影响最小,同时具有良好的抗干扰性能。此外,该传感器具有可控的灵敏度以及良好的重复性、稳定性和选择性,为未来连续血糖监测用传感器的实用化打下坚实的基础。A novel implantable electrochemical glucose sensor was fabricated by utilizing a spiral platinum-iridium alloy electrode, and the Epoxy-PU membrane and hydrogel coating were used to improve the biocompatibility and anti-interference of the implanted sensor.The mechanical properties and microstructure of PVA/PEG composite hydrogels were characterized by mechanical extensometer and scanning electron microscope respectively. The performance of the sensor was mainly investigated by chronoamperometry, and the effects of different ratios of PVA/PEG on the performance of glucose sensors were focused on. The research results showed that the optimized weight ratio of PEG and PVA was 4:1, and the resulting hydrogel had best anti-interference, while had less impact on the sensor performance. In addition, the sensor had controllable sensitivity, good reproducibility, stability and selectivity, which laid a solid foundation for continuous glucose monitoring.
