康爱保生丸联合HAART对艾滋病患者视网膜静脉管径的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨康爱保生丸联合高效抗反转录病毒治疗(Highly active antiretroviral therapy,HAART)对人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染艾滋病(Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome,AIDS)患者视网膜静脉管径的影响。方法将80例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为2组,分别为HAART组、HAART+康爱保生丸组,每组各40例患者。比较2种治疗方法患者的双眼F1(1区:以视盘为中心的眼底图像)各象限主干静脉管径(直径最粗)及管径比、总平均静脉管径及管径比。结果 HAART+康爱保生丸组患者颞上静脉管径较HAART组患者显著降低(P<0.05),而2组患者静脉管径均值、颞下静脉管径、鼻上静脉管径、鼻下静脉管径差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论康爱保生丸联合HAART能较好的减轻患者颞上静脉管径扩张程度。Objective： To study the effect of highly active antiretroviral therapy （HAART） on the retinal vein diameter of patients with HIV. Methods ： 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, a HAART group and a HAART ＋ Kang＇ ai Baosheng Pill group, 40 cases per group. The ratio of main vein diameter （largest diameter） and pipe diameter and the ratio of total average vein diameter and pipe diameter of each quadrant in binoculus F1 （Zone 1 ： optic disc - centered eye fundus images） of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results ： The diameter of superior temporal vein in HAART ＋ Kang＇ ai Baosheng Pill group was significantly smaller than that in HAART group （P 〈 0. 05 ）, but the mean value diameter, inferior temporal venule diameter, diameter on nasal vein and diameter under nasal vein showed no significant difference in diameter （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion. Kang＇ ai Baosheng Pill combined with HAART can reduce the expansion degree of superior temporal vein diameter.
