摘 要:目的优选正骨洗药最佳水煎工艺。方法 UPLC法检测方中君药川芎有效成分阿魏酸、臣药羌活有效成分异欧前胡素含量和浸膏得率,L_9(3~4)正交试验法考察煎煮时间、煎煮次数、加水量对正骨洗药有效成分含量的影响。结果正骨洗药最佳水煎工艺为:煎煮30 min,煎煮1次,加20倍水。结论 UPLC结合正交实验法优选正骨洗药水煎工艺简便快捷,稳定可行,能为临床上更合理地使用正骨洗药提供实验依据。Objective To optimize the best decoction technology for bonesetting lotion.Methods The effective constituent-ferulic acid of the sovereign drug ligusticum chuanxiong hort as well as the effective constituent-the associate drug notopterygium incisum content and the output rate of extractum were tested by UPLC.L9(34) orthogonal design was used to examined the influence of decoction time and times and water content to the effective constituent of bonesetting lotion.Results Optimum process conditions for bonesetting lotion were as following:extracted once with20 times the amount of water,30 min for each time.Conclusion Optimizing bonesetting lotion by the combination of UPLC and orthogonal design is simple and rapid,stable and feasible,which could provide more rational experiment references for the clinical use of bonesetting lotion.
