摘　　要：目的总结临床药师参与1例使用阿托伐他汀患者合并甲状腺功能减退诱导横纹肌溶解的临床实践,为患者合理用药提供参考建议。方法临床药师通过分析1例横纹肌溶解的原因和易感因素,提出合理使用降脂药物的方案。结果通过药物的调整和加强患者的自我监测,取得了良好的治疗效果。结论使用他汀类药物的患者合并甲状腺功能减退可使横纹肌溶解的风险增加,临床可通过降脂药物的调整、基因检测和加强患者的监测等方法 ,减少或避免严重肌病的发生。Objective To summarize the clinical practice of clinical pharmacists participating in 1 case of rhabdomyolysis induced by atorvastatin combined with hypothyroidism,so as to provide references for rational drug use.Methods By analyzing the causes and susceptibility factors of 1 case of rhabdomyolysis,the clinical pharmacist proposed a scheme for rational use of lipid-lowering drugs.Results Through the adjustment of the drugs and the selfmonitoring of the patients,a good therapeutic effect had been achieved.Conclusion Patients with statins and hypothyroidism may gain the increased risk of rhabdomyolysis.Clinically,we can reduce or avoid the occurrence of severe myopathy by adjusting lipid-lowering drugs,gene detection and monitoring of patients.
