摘　　要：目的为贯彻新医改政策,创建优质药学服务模式提供参考。方法通过分析我院门诊药房药学服务模式转变的必要性,结合新医改政策,提出切实有效的药学服务转型模式。结果我院门诊药房药学服务模式有待进一步改进与完善。结论建议通过提高药学人员综合素质,完善落实相关规章制度,并加强医院信息化建设,开通微信平台等措施来优化我院门诊药房药学服务,使我院药学服务质量提高到一个新的层次。Objective To provide a reference for implementing the new medical reform policy and creating high-quality pharmacy service mode.Methods By analyzing the necessity of changing the pharmacy service mode of outpatient pharmacy in our hospital,put forward the practical and effective mode of transformation of pharmacy service by combination with the new medical reform policy.Results The pharmacy service mode of outpatient pharmacy in our hospital should be further improved.Conclusion It is recommended to improve the overall quality of pharmaceutical personnel,improve the implementation of the relevant rules and regulations,strengthen the hospital information construction and open the WeChat platform and other measures in order to optimize the pharmacy service in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital,and to improve the quality of pharmacy service in our hospital to a new level.
