摘 要:在阐述传统价值流分析方法的基础上,分析了医疗价值流的特点,进而提出引入数据挖掘的精益医疗价值流分析方法。通过将关联规则挖掘引入价值流分析,挖掘子流程延误与总流程延误时间之间的相关性,在不同情况下使用不同的数据转化设置来进行灵活调整,从而用具体的数据分析来支持价值流改善,使得过程更加准确客观,提高操作效率。最后用某医院眼科门诊来进行实例研究,验证此方法的有效性。A lean healthcare value stream analysis method was proposed based on the traditional one combined with data mining and the analysis of the characteristics of medical value flow. By introducing association rules mining into value stream analysis, the correlation between the sub-process delay and the total process delay time was identified, and different data conversion settings can be used in different conditions to adjust the method flexibly,which provides a way to support value stream improvement using specific data. It makes the process more accurate and objective, and also greatly improves the operating efficiency. Finally, a case study was made on an ophthalmic outpatient to validate the method.
