摘　　要：为有效应对新形势下的医患纠纷,全国各地纷纷建立医疗纠纷人民调解委员会。但医调委建立后,未在医疗纠纷解决上发挥核心作用,主要原因是相关衔接机制尚未建立和完善。建立良好的衔接机制,有助于提高医调委的专业性和权威性,是医调委可持续发展的重要保障。基于衔接机制建立的必要性,文章提出了建立衔接机制的初步构想。In order to deal with the medical disputes effectively, the people＇ s mediation committees of medical disputes has been established in the country. However, the people＇ s mediation committees of medical disputes did not play an important role in the settlement of medical disputes. The main reason is that the relevant convergence mechanism has not been established or im- proved. Good convergence mechanism can improve the professionalism and authority of the people＇ s mediation committees of med- ical disputes. It is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of the people＇ s mediation committees of medical dis- putes. Based on the necessity of the establishment of convergence mechanism, this paper puts forward the initial conception of es- tablishing convergence mechanism.
