摘  要:混凝土构件变形测试方法人工因素太多,不能保证建筑安全,提出基于激光扫描的混凝土构件变形测试方法。所提方法对激光扫描原理进行了介绍,利用点云数据将混凝土构件变形情况表示为三维坐标点。将三维坐标点转化到世界坐标系,采用三个坐标轴对坐标点进行全微分变形,得到混凝土构件变形测试偏差模型。通过构建参考平面提取点云变形数据,得到混凝土构件变形增量,并在历史文献的基础上重新制定出一个更加完善的混凝土构件变形分级标准。实验结果表明,所提方法给出的混凝土构件变形测试结果具备较强的完整性与正确性。The concrete component deformation test method has too many artificial factors to guarantee the building safety,and proposes the method of deformation testing based on laser scanning. This paper introduces the principle of laser scanning and USES point cloud data to describe the deformation of concrete components as three-dimensional coordinate points. The three-dimensional coordinate point is transformed into the world coordinate system,and the whole differential deformation is carried out by using three coordinate axes,and the deformation test deviation model of concrete component is obtained. By building deformation reference plane extraction point cloud data,get the concrete member deformation incremental,and on the basis of historical documents to work out a better classification standard of concrete member deformation. The experimental results show that the results of the proposed method are more complete and accurate.
