摘 要:目的研究丹红注射液中丹参、红花不同配比与药效的相关性,阐明药材的贡献、主次及相互作用。方法在丹红注射液原处方丹参、红花配伍比例的基础上,构建丹参、红花不同配比的差异样品;比较各差异样品活血化瘀药效的差别;运用灰色关联分析、析因分析等方法,研究丹参、红花不同配比与药效间的相关性,依据两者的交互作用阐明丹参、红花对药效的贡献。结果丹参为主要药效贡献者,与红细胞聚集性、血小板聚集密切相关;红花则在调节凝血功能方面发挥作用;丹参、红花间存在显著的交互作用且在原处方比例下整体药效最佳。结论丹红注射液中丹参、红花药材配伍科学合理。Objective To reveal the correlation between the efficacy and formula principles of Danshen- Honghua in Danhong injection (DHI). Methods Based on the original formula proportion of Danshen-Honghua in DHI, 9 samples with different herb proportions were prepared and their effects on promoting the circulation and removing stasis were evaluated. Grey relational analysis and factorial analysis were used to determine the relevance between herbs and effects in the DHI samples, and to reveal the interaction of Danshen-Honghua. Results Danshen was the key herb and mainly contributed to the regulation of red blood cells and platelets aggregation. Honghua was closely related to blood coagulation. Interaction between Danshen and Honghua existed with the best effects under original formula of Danshen-Honghua. Conclusion The formula principles between Danshen and Honghua in DHI are rational.
